केंद्रीय रिजर्व पुलिस बल (CRPF) भारत का सबसे बड़ा अर्धसैनिक बल है। यह गृह मंत्रालय के अधीन काम करता है। देश की आंतरिक सुरक्षा बनाए रखना इसका मुख्य उद्देश्य है।
👷 कांस्टेबल ट्रेड्समैन कौन होता है?
CRPF में कांस्टेबल ट्रेड्समैन वह जवान होता है जो अपनी ड्यूटी के साथ-साथ किसी विशेष ट्रेड (जैसे ड्राइवर, मैकेनिक, इलेक्ट्रीशियन, कारपेंटर आदि) में भी काम करता है। यह एक सम्मानजनक सरकारी नौकरी है जिसमें जवान को देश सेवा का मौका मिलता है।
🔧 मुख्य ट्रेड्स (पद के प्रकार)
CT/Driver – सैन्य वाहन चलाना
CT/Mechanic Motor Vehicle – गाड़ियों की मरम्मत व रखरखाव
CT/Electrician – बिजली से संबंधित कार्य
CT/Mason – निर्माण कार्य
CT/Carpenter – लकड़ी का काम
CT/Cook – जवानों के लिए भोजन तैयार करना
CT/Tailor, Cobbler, Barber – अन्य सेवा ट्रेड्स
📌 दैनिक कार्य (Daily Duties)
अपने ट्रेड से जुड़े तकनीकी काम करना
कैंप व बैरक की सुरक्षा में सहयोग देना
अधिकारियों के आदेशों का पालन करना
जरूरत पड़ने पर ऑपरेशन में भाग लेना
शारीरिक प्रशिक्षण में नियमित रूप से भाग लेना
💰 वेतन और सुविधाएं
वेतनमान: Pay Level-3 (₹21,700 – ₹69,100 प्रति माह)
HRA, DA, TA जैसे भत्ते अलग से मिलते हैं

📍 पोस्टिंग कहाँ होती है?
CRPF जवान को देश के किसी भी राज्य में पोस्टिंग मिल सकती है — जैसे जम्मू-कश्मीर, छत्तीसगढ़, उत्तर-पूर्व भारत, या अन्य संवेदनशील क्षेत्र। ट्रांसफर समय-समय पर होता रहता है।

Selection Process
10वीं मार्कशीट, ITI सर्टिफिकेट, आयु व जाति प्रमाण पत्र की जाँच होती है।
चरण 2 – PST (शारीरिक मानक परीक्षा)
लंबाई, छाती और वजन मापा जाता है। पुरुषों की लंबाई कम से कम 170 cm और छाती 80-85 cm होनी चाहिए।
चरण 3 – PET (शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षा)
पुरुषों को 5 km दौड़ 24 मिनट में और महिलाओं को 1.6 km दौड़ 8.5 मिनट में पूरी करनी होती है। साथ में लंबी कूद और ऊँची कूद भी होती है।
चरण 4 – लिखित परीक्षा
100 प्रश्न, 2 घंटे, OMR आधारित। विषय — GK, गणित, Aptitude, हिंदी/अंग्रेजी। Negative Marking 0.25 अंक।
चरण 5 – ट्रेड टेस्ट
अपने ट्रेड (Driver, Mechanic, Cook आदि) की प्रैक्टिकल परीक्षा होती है। पास होना अनिवार्य है।
चरण 6 – मेडिकल परीक्षण
आँख, कान, हृदय व संपूर्ण स्वास्थ्य जाँच होती है।
