Step 3: Basic Information: Fill in your educational details (12th Pass) and select three preferred exam centers. Step 4: Driving License Details: You must enter your Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) License number and the date of issue. Step 5: Live Photo & Signature: Capture a live photo using your device’s camera and upload your scanned signature (10-20 KB). Step 6: Fee Payment: Pay the ₹100 fee (Exempt for SC, ST, and Ex-Servicemen). Step 7: Final Submission: Check the preview and submit the application. Save the PDF for future use. |

Important Instructions Candidates must strictly follow these rules to avoid rejection: HMV License: You must possess a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) license as of the application closing date. A Learner's License is not acceptable. Live Photo Guidelines: Ensure the background is plain and light-colored. Do not wear glasses, caps, or any headgear. Your face must cover about 80% of the frame. Age Limit: The age bracket is 21 to 30 years (Relaxation: 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST).
