किसी भी मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड से 12वीं (Intermediate) पास होना ज़रूरी है। कोई भी stream चलेगी — Arts, Commerce या Science। DEO पद के लिए 12वीं में Science stream with Maths होना ज़रूरी है।

Job Profile & Responsibilities By Examreport

SSC CHSL (Combined Higher Secondary Level) — यह परीक्षा 12वीं पास उम्मीदवारों के लिए होती है। इसके ज़रिए केंद्र सरकार के विभिन्न मंत्रालयों और विभागों में LDC, JSA, PA, SA और DEO जैसे पदों पर भर्ती होती है।
कौन-कौन से पद होते हैं?
LDC / JSA (Lower Division Clerk / Junior Secretariat Assistant) — सबसे आम पद, लगभग हर मंत्रालय में होता है।
PA / SA (Postal Assistant / Sorting Assistant) — डाक विभाग में काम, डाक प्रबंधन व छँटाई।
DEO (Data Entry Operator) — कंप्यूटर पर डेटा एंट्री, CAG व अन्य विभागों में नियुक्ति।
DEO Grade A — भारतीय विधिक मापन विज्ञान संस्थान (CILM) में विशेष डेटा एंट्री कार्य।
क्या काम करना पड़ता है?
फाइल और रिकॉर्ड प्रबंधन — सरकारी दस्तावेजों को व्यवस्थित करना, फाइल आगे भेजना, पुराने रिकॉर्ड संभालना।
टाइपिंग और डेटा एंट्री — कंप्यूटर पर सरकारी पत्र टाइप करना, डेटाबेस में जानकारी दर्ज करना।
पत्राचार (Correspondence) — ऑफिशियल लेटर, नोटिस, सर्कुलर तैयार करना और वितरित करना।
सहायक प्रशासनिक कार्य — अधिकारियों की सहायता करना, मीटिंग की तैयारी, नोट्स बनाना।
PA/SA के लिए डाक कार्य — पत्रों व पार्सल की छँटाई करना, डिलीवरी रिकॉर्ड मेंटेन करना।
Desk Job है या Field Job?
मुख्यतः DESK JOB है। लगभग 90% काम ऑफिस के अंदर कुर्सी-मेज पर होता है। AC ऑफिस, कंप्यूटर सिस्टम, फाइल रूम में काम होता है। PA/SA पद में थोड़ा counter work भी होता है। कोई field visit नहीं, कोई बाहरी दौरे नहीं। शारीरिक मेहनत बिल्कुल नहीं — पूरी तरह क्लेरिकल कार्य।
काम के घंटे कितने होते हैं?
ऑफिस टाइमिंग — सुबह 9:00 से शाम 5:30
काम के घंटे — लगभग 8 घंटे प्रतिदिन
लंच ब्रेक — 30 मिनट
काम के दिन — सोमवार से शुक्रवार
शनिवार-रविवार — अवकाश (2nd और 4th शनिवार भी)
ओवरटाइम — बहुत कम, सिर्फ बजट season में
वार्षिक छुट्टियाँ — 30+ Earned Leave + सरकारी छुट्टियाँ
Job की Location कहाँ होती है?
नई दिल्ली — सबसे ज़्यादा posting यहीं होती है। अधिकांश केंद्रीय मंत्रालय यहीं हैं।
राज्यों की राजधानियाँ — मुंबई, कोलकाता, चेन्नई, हैदराबाद, बेंगलुरु में Regional Offices में posting।
ज़िला स्तर — Income Tax, CAG, डाक विभाग के ज़िला मुख्यालयों में भी posting संभव।
Transfer Policy — हर 3–5 साल में transfer होती है। पसंदीदा जगह के लिए request दे सकते हैं।

Time Duration Tier 1: 60 minutes| Tier 2: Section 1 - 60 minutes, Section 2 - 60 minutes, Section 3 - 15 minutes ( Total 2 hours 15 minutes)

Negative Marking Tier 1 : 0.5 | Tier 2 : 1 marks deducted per wrong question
