Minimum Eligibility

1. UPSSSC PET (सबसे ज़रूरी शर्त) PET स्कोरकार्ड: यूपी में अब Lower PCS की भर्ती UPSSSC (उत्तर प्रदेश अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग) द्वारा की जाती है। इसलिए, मुख्य परीक्षा में बैठने के लिए उम्मीदवारों के पास UPSSSC PET (Preliminary Eligibility Test) का मान्य स्कोरकार्ड होना अनिवार्य है। शॉर्टलिस्टिंग इसी स्कोर के आधार पर होती है। 2. शैक्षिक योग्यता (Educational Qualification) सामान्य पद: ज़्यादातर पदों (जैसे- एग्जीक्यूटिव ऑफिसर, रेवेन्यू ऑफिसर) के लिए किसी भी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से ग्रेजुएशन (Bachelor's Degree) होना ज़रूरी है। (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com, B.Tech आदि सभी मान्य हैं)। विशेष पद: कुछ खास पदों के लिए विशिष्ट योग्यता माँगी जा सकती है। जैसे: मार्केटिंग इंस्पेक्टर / सप्लाई इंस्पेक्टर: देवनागरी लिपि में हिंदी का अच्छा ज्ञान। लीगल असिस्टेंट: लॉ (Law) में ग्रेजुएशन।

Salary Structure

₹40,000 से ₹60,000 प्रति माह (लगभग)

Job Profile & Responsibilities

लोअर पीसीएस के तहत ग्रुप-C पद मिलते हैं। मुख्य पद और काम इस प्रकार हैं:
असिस्टेंट रेक्टिफिकेशन ऑफिसर / असिस्टेंट कंसोलिडेशन ऑफिसर: राजस्व रिकॉर्ड, भूमि सर्वे, कंसोलिडेशन (भूमि एकीकरण) का काम।
एक्जीक्यूटिव ऑफिसर (EO - नगर पंचायत/नगरपालिका): नगर पालिका/नगर पंचायत का प्रशासन, टैक्स वसूली, विकास कार्य।
सप्लाई इंस्पेक्टर: राशन, खाद्य सुरक्षा, ब्लैक मार्केटिंग की जांच।
मार्केटिंग इंस्पेक्टर: बाजार निरीक्षण, कृषि उत्पादों की मार्केटिंग।
अतिरिक्त जिला सूचना अधिकारी: सूचना विभाग में रिकॉर्ड रखना, जनसंपर्क।
असिस्टेंट गार्डन इंस्पेक्टर / अन्य: उद्यान, राजस्व, अन्य विभागीय निरीक्षण।
सामान्य काम:
प्रशासनिक और क्लर्किकल ड्यूटी (फाइल, रिपोर्ट)
रिकॉर्ड रखना और रिपोर्ट तैयार करना
फील्ड इंस्पेक्शन और सुपरविजन
सीनियर अधिकारियों की मदद
जनता को सरकारी सेवाएं देना
नौकरी स्थिर है, प्रमोशन के अच्छे चांस।

Selection Process

लोअर पीसीएस की चयन प्रक्रिया तीन चरणों में होती है:
प्रेलिम्स परीक्षा (Prelims): ऑब्जेक्टिव टाइप, क्वालिफाइंग नेचर (मेरिट में नहीं जोड़ते)।
मेन्स परीक्षा (Mains): ऑब्जेक्टिव टाइप, 400 अंक।
इंटरव्यू / दस्तावेज सत्यापन (Interview / Document Verification): शॉर्टलिस्टेड उम्मीदवारों के दस्तावेज चेक होते हैं और इंटरव्यू हो सकता है।
